Privacy policy

Forms
When you request a demo or join the waitlist we store the details you give us (name, work email, institution, preferences) to respond to you. Demo requests are also shared with our sales team in Slack. Legal basis: steps at your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
Visitor identification
We use a visitor identification service provided by Warm AI Ltd (ICO reg. ZC135250). It sets no cookies and no persistent identifiers; it uses one tab-scoped session storage entry that clears when you close the tab. It processes the page you view, referrer, browser details, time on page, scroll depth, campaign parameters and your IP address to identify the organisation you visit from.
For some visitors in the United States, it may also match a visit to an individual (such as name, job title, business email or LinkedIn profile) through server-to-server identity providers, so our team can follow up. Person-level identification is not performed for visitors outside the US.
In the UK, EU/EEA, Switzerland and similar regions, the service only runs after you give consent through our consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Elsewhere it runs on page load and you may opt out.
Do not sell or share my personal information
To opt out of identification, email support@getwarmai.com or hello@socrio.com with your email, LinkedIn URL or IP address and you will be added to a global exclusion list. Full provider details: docs.warmai.uk/legal/tracker.
Retention and your rights
We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes. Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email hello@socrio.com.
